Write from the email on your karrat account. Include a short description of what happened. Do not send bank passwords or one-time codes.
Manage or cancel your subscription
karrat Premium is billed through Apple. To cancel or change your plan, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose karrat. You can also manage it in the App Store under your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Reconnect a bank
If a connection needs attention, open Connected Accounts in karrat and reconnect. Your bank login goes to Plaid, not karrat. We receive read-only data and cannot move your money.
Delete your account
Open the menu in karrat, tap Account Settings, then Delete Account. If you own a household, remove your partner first. Disconnect connected banks before deleting. This removes your profile, connections and history. Your partner keeps their data. For a copy of your data or a deletion request by email, write to privacy@karrat.ai. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
Common questions
Can I try karrat before paying?
Yes. Connect up to three institutions, build a budget and see your net worth before starting the free trial. Premium is then $30 a year or $5 a month and covers your household.
Which banks and brokerages work with karrat?
karrat uses Plaid to connect 12,000+ US institutions, including banks, credit cards, loans, brokerages and retirement accounts. You can add anything else manually.
Is it safe to connect my accounts?
Yes. Your login goes to Plaid, not karrat. We receive read-only data, encrypt it and cannot move your money. You can disconnect anytime.
How does the household feature work?
Send your partner an invite link. You each keep a login, linked accounts and privacy settings. The household view combines the numbers, and one Premium subscription covers both of you.
What is the Karrat Score?
A 0 to 100 score based on cash flow, safety net, debt health and future planning. Peer comparisons use Federal Reserve data. It is guidance, not financial advice.
Is karrat on Android?
Not yet. karrat is on iPhone first. Email us to join the Android waitlist.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Delete your account in the app to remove your profile, connections and history. Your partner keeps their data.
